You
can create launch configurations for the input files to test JET transformations.
Creating launch configurations enables you to store configuration information,
which eliminates the need to supply configuration information each time that
you run a JET transformation.
Note: To
access this launch configuration when you run the JET transformation, click and
click the name of the launch configuration.
Tip: If the
input file has .xml as a file name extension, in the
Project Explorer view,
right-click the input file; then click :
- If only one launch configuration uses the file, then no further input
is required.
- If more than one launch configuration uses the input file, you must select
a launch configuration from the list in the JET Transformation dialog box
that opens; then click OK.
- If no launch configuration exists, and the input file is in a JET transformation
project, then a launch configuration that uses the transformation is automatically
created and run.
- If no launch configuration is created, you must create a launch configuration.
