Populating class diagrams with C/C++ elements based on type

You can populate class diagrams with existing C/C++ classes and other data based on type.
You must have a class diagram open in the C/C++ perspective.
To populate a class diagram with C/C++ elements based on type:
  1. In the diagram editor, right-click an empty space; then click Visualize Existing > C/C++ Type.
  2. In the Type Selection window, select a C/C++ type that is available in your workspace and the qualifier.
  3. Click OK.
