Setting preferences for C/C++ modeling

You can configure the default settings for C/C++ modeling.

You can change the default setting for how elements are extracted from C/C++ files when you harvest or add elements to a diagram. These settings affect only new elements that you add to a class diagram and do not affect any existing elements. You can also change the default for displaying incomplete index warnings when you select C/C++ types.

To set preferences for C/C++ modeling:

  1. Click Window > Preferences.
  2. In the Preferences window, expand Modeling, and click C/C++ Modeling.
  3. On the C/C++ Modeling page, and the pages beneath it, specify the appropriate preferences and click OK.
