Actuals TabActuals TabYou use the Actuals tab to enter, view, and modify the following information on the approved activity:
actual job tasks
labor transactions
materials transactions
tools transactions
fee and charges transactions
On this tab, you can also view services that were recorded against the activity. The Services subtab is read-only.
The Actuals tab is displayed only if the record is an activity. It is not displayed if the record is a task.
If there is a work plan on this record, data from the Tasks table window of the Plans tab is copied to the Tasks table window of the Actuals tab.
To report actual labor, material, and tool use, click on the appropriate subtab. You can then copy plan data, or add more information. When you report actuals, you can modify fields until you save the record. Only approved labor is used in calculating actuals for labor hours and costs.
