View Entire Plan

Use the View Entire Plan action to view all of the labor, material, tools, and services that are on the current activity and its tasks. This read-only dialog box displays the plan information for the entire hierarchy of the current activity. This action does not appear for task records, only activity records.

To view the entire plan:

1. Display the record whose entire plan you want to view.

2. From the Select Action menu, select View > Entire Plan to open the View Entire Plan dialog box.

3. Click the Labor, Materials, Services and Tools tabs to view plan information for the current record and all its tasks and children in the hierarchy.

To narrow the list of work orders, use the Filter.

4. To close the dialog box and return to the record, click OK.
