Add Assets to a Price Schedule

You add assets and asset types to a price schedule in the Customer Agreements (SP) application. The assets can be within a specified asset hierarchy. When you add assets and asset types to a price schedule, it makes the price schedule applicable only to tickets, work orders, or sales orders with the same asset criteria. If you do not specify assets or asset types on the price schedule, it can be applied to records with any assets or asset types. You can specify a single asset or an asset within an asset hierarchy.

To add assets to a price schedule:

  1. In the Customer Agreements (SP) application, display the customer agreement with the price schedule to which you want to add assets.

  2. Click the Price Schedules tab then click the Assets subtab.

  3. To add an asset, take the following steps:

  1. Click Select Assets.

  2. In the Select Assets dialog box, select one or more assets for the price schedule, then click OK to save your changes.

  3. If the asset has child assets (subassemblies) and you want to include them on the price schedule, click the Include Children? check box on the row.

  4. To add an asset type, take the following steps:

  1. Click New Row.

  2. In the Asset Type field, click Select Value and select an asset type.

  1. Click Save Agreement .

Note: To modify your selections after approving the record, you create a revision to the record.
