Add Assets to a Price ScheduleYou add assets and asset types to a price schedule in the Customer Agreements (SP) application. The assets can be within a specified asset hierarchy. When you add assets and asset types to a price schedule, it makes the price schedule applicable only to tickets, work orders, or sales orders with the same asset criteria. If you do not specify assets or asset types on the price schedule, it can be applied to records with any assets or asset types. You can specify a single asset or an asset within an asset hierarchy.
Note: Other matching criteria apply. See the topic About Price Schedules for more information about matching price schedules to tickets, work orders, and sales orders.
In the Customer Agreements (SP) application, display the customer agreement with the price schedule to which you want to add assets.
Click the Price Schedules tab then click the Assets subtab.
