Add Conditions to Price Schedules

You add conditions to a price schedule in the Customer Agreements (SP) application. Conditions include a classification, priority, included services or service groups, and other conditions that you define. Adding conditions to a price schedule makes the price schedule applicable only to tickets, work orders, or sales orders with the same conditions. If you do not specify conditions on the price schedule, it can be applied to records with any conditions.

Note: Other matching criteria apply. See the topic About Price Schedules for more information about matching price schedules to tickets, work orders, and sales orders.
