You add configuration items to a price schedule in the Customer Agreements (SP) application. The price schedule is applicable to records such as tickets and work orders that refer to one of the configuration items on the price schedule. If you do not specify configuration item information on the price schedule, the price schedule can be applied to records with any configuration item.
