View Asset Move History

You can open the View Asset Move History dialog box by selecting View Asset Move History from the Select Action menu in the Assets (SP) application. The move history shows asset number changes. The details section shows asset identifier information.

You can view the history of moves of the selected asset to or from only the site that you logged into.

To view the move history of an asset:

1. Display the record whose history you want to view.

2. From the Select Action menu, select View > View Asset Move History.

3. To view more information about the move history, click View Details . The Row Details open.

4. Click OK to return to the record.
