Lock Out / Tag Out SubtabLock Out / Tag Out SubtabUse the Lock Out / Tag Out subtab of the Safety tab in the Assets (SP) application to associate a hazard with a tag out to eliminate that hazard for the selected asset.
On this subtab, you can only insert or delete tag out procedure-enabled hazards and tag outs. When you select a hazard in the Hazards table, tag outs associated with that hazard appear in the Tag Out Procedures table. You can add information to either of these tables. Lock Out Operations records, however, are read-only on this subtab.
To define tag out-enabled hazards, use the Safety Hazards application. To create tag out procedures, use the Lock Out/Tag Out application.
