Relationships TabThe Relationships tab in the Assets (SP) application is displayed only if the IBM Maximo Linear Asset Manager license is installed. You use the Relations tab to specify how one linear asset can be related to another linear asset. For example, a road might intersect with another road, branch off into another road, or become another road.
The system administrator creates the set of possible relationships in the Relationships application. On the Relationships tab, you specify how and where the current record is related to others. For example, if route 114 is the current record, you might specify that route 96 intersects with it at mile 73.
The Relationships tab displays the entire span of the current record in the From and To fields at the top of the tab. The Relationships tab contains one table window:
Relationships: to specify how and where the current linear asset is related to other linear assets, non linear assets, and locations.
