Communication Log Tab

You use the Communication Log tab in the Bulletin Board (SP) application to view a history of outbound communications for a specific record. You cannot modify this information.

For outbound communication that you generated with the Create Communication action, the system stores an entry in the communication log that contains all the details from the e-mail message and any attachments.
