Duplicate a Bulletin Board Message

You can duplicate an existing bulletin board message. Upon duplication, a copy of the existing record is created with the same values except for the values in Message ID, Post Date, and Expiration Date fields. You may modify the values in this duplicate record and save it as a new record.

To duplicate a Bulletin Board message:

1. In the Bulletin Board (SP) application, display the message you want to duplicate.

2. From the Select Action menu, select Duplicate Message.

3. Modify the values in the fields as needed.

4. Click Save Message .
