Select Sites

The Select Sites dialog box allows you to select the sites to which the audience for this message belong.

The Select Sites dialog box displays all the sites that the composer of this message has access to. The descriptions of each site and the organization each site belongs to is also displayed.

To select sites:

1. In the Select Sites dialog box, select the organizations by clicking the check boxes against each site.

2. Click OK. The selected sites are displayed in the Sites table window in the Bulletin Board tab.
