View a Bulletin Board Message

You can view Bulletin Board messages either from the Bulletin Board (SP) application or from the Navigation bar in any application. The messages are displayed in a list, with the most recent message appearing at the top of the list. Each message has the date and time when the message was posted to the Bulletin Board.

You can only view Bulletin Board messages for which you have been selected as an audience. If no specific audience has been selected by the composer of the message, any user who logs into the system can view the message.

To view a Bulletin Board message from the Bulletin Board (SP) application:

1. Click a Bulletin Board message to display the details of the message.  

2. Click the message again to collapse the detailed view of the message.

To view a Bulletin Board message from the Navigation bar:

• In the Navigation bar of any application, click Bulletins.
