View the Communication Log

The communication log in the Bulletin Board (SP) application stores outbound messages and attachments sent between users and agents.

To view the communication log:

1. In the Bulletin Board (SP) application, display the record for which you want to view the communication log.

2. Click the Communication Log tab. By default, the system displays the messages in reverse chronological order according to the Date field.

3. Click View Details to view the details of a message.

Note:  The information in the communication log is read-only.
