Actuals TabActuals TabYou use the Actuals tab to enter, view and modify the following information on the approved change:
child work orders
actual job tasks
labor transactions
materials transactions
tools transactions
fee and charges transactions
You also can view the price quote type, the quoted price, and actual services reported for this change. View or update the price quote with the View/Update Price Quote action. If there is a work plan on this record, the plan tasks are copied to the Tasks table window of the Actuals tab.
To report actual labor, material, and tool use, click on the appropriate subtab and use the available options to add data. Only approved labor is used in calculating actual labor hours and costs.
When you report actuals, you can modify fields until you save the record.
For information about a field, place the cursor in the field and press Alt + F1.
