Service Address TabService Address TabUse the Service Address tab to view or add service address information and to view information about the associated customer, customer agreement, price schedule, and billing status. This tab is available in the Changes (SP) application.
The Address Information section displays the service address associated with the location on the change. For information about the association between a service address and a location, see the Locations (SP) help.
You can modify these fields or add a service address. You do not modify the original service address when you modify these fields. If you modify the Street Address field, you might be required to use the Add / Modify Street address dialog box.
The Customer Information section displays information about the primary customer for the location, asset, or CI on this change. If there is an applied customer agreement, the identifier of the agreement is displayed. This section also displays a parent of this customer, the agreement price schedule for this customer, and the revision number of the agreement.
The Pricing Agreement and Billing Status section displays information about billing and billing status for transactions on this change. View billing status history with the View Billing Status History action.
