View the Actual CI Change History

From the Configuration Items (SP) application, you can launch TADDM to view the change history for an actual configuration item.

To view the change history for an actual configuration item:

1. In the Configuration Items (SP) application, display the record of the configuration item that is linked to the actual CI.

2. From the Select Action menu, select View Actual CI Change History.

If the actual configuration item is associated with only one OMP, TADDM opens and displays the change history.

If the actual configuration is associated with multiple OMPs, the system displays a dialog box. Specify an OMP and click OK. TADDM opens and displays the change history.

3. After viewing the change history, close TADDM to return to the Configuration Items (SP) application.
