View the Actual CI Physical TopologyView the Actual CI Physical TopologyFrom the Configuration Items (SP) application, you can launch TADDM to view the physical topology for an actual configuration item.
In the Configuration Items (SP) application, display the record of the configuration item that is linked to the actual CI.
From the Select Action menu, select View Actual CI Topology > Physical.
If the actual configuration item is associated with only one OMP, TADDM opens and displays the physical topology.
If the actual configuration is associated with multiple OMPs, the system displays a dialog box. Specify an OMP and click OK. TADDM opens and displays the physical topology.
After viewing the topology, close TADDM to return to the Configuration Items (SP) application.
