Delete CI Link Results

You use the CI Link Results (SP) application in the Reconciliation module to delete CI Link Results. On the List tab you can delete selected CI link results or all CI link results in the table window. You can also select a CI link result record, view it on the CI Link Result tab, and delete the selected record from the CI Link Result tab.

To delete CI link results from the List tab:

In the CI Link Results (SP) application, on the List tab, select one of the following options:

• To delete all CI link results retrieved in the table window:

1. From the Select Action menu, select Delete Result(s). The application displays a confirmation dialog box asking you to confirm that you want to delete all rows.

2. On the deletion confirmation dialog box, click Yes. The application deletes all CI link results in the table window.

• To delete selected CI link results:

Note: You cannot use this feature unless your result set is less than 200 rows.

1. To select specific CI link result records, select the Select Records check box at the bottom of the List tab table window. The application displays a Select Row check box next to each row in the table window.

2. In the List table window, click the Select Row check box for each record that you want to delete.

3. After you have selected the check box for each record that you want to delete, select Delete Result(s) from the Select Action menu. The application displays a confirmation dialog box asking you to confirm that you want to delete selected rows.

4. On the deletion confirmation dialog box, click Yes. The application deletes the selected CI link results.

To delete CI link results from the CI Link Result tab:

1. In the CI Reconciliation Results (SP) application, on the List tab, click the CI link result that you want to delete. The application displays the selected CI link result record on the CI Link Result tab.

2. From the Select Action menu, select Delete Result(s). The application displays a confirmation dialog box asking you to confirm that you want to delete the record.

3. On the deletion confirmation dialog box, click Yes to delete the CI link result record.
