Classification

A classification is a means of identifying something. For example, car, desk, request, ticket, computer, 1021, can each be a classification. A classification is a word, a number, or an alphanumeric. A classification can stand alone, or you can group it with other classifications for further descriptions, such as centrifugal, shunt, or gate.
