Modify a Matches Found ClauseYou use the Matches Found subtab on the Comparison Rule tab in the Comparison Rules (SP) application to modify matches found clauses on an existing comparison rule. You can add a new clause to the matches found definition, modify an existing clause, or delete an existing clause.

On the List tab in the Comparison Rules (SP) application, select the comparison rule that you want to modify. The system displays the selected comparison rule on the Comparison Rule tab.
On the Comparison Rule tab, select the Matches Found subtab.
To add a new matches found clause:
In the Matches Found Clauses table window, click New Row. The Row Details open.
Add values in the matches found clause fields as required. For more detailed instructions about adding matches found clauses, see Create a Matches Found Clause.
To change existing matches found clauses:
In the Matches Found Clauses table window, select the clause you want to modify. The Row Details open.
To change values in any of the fields, retype the value in the field or, if appropriate, click Select Value and select a new value for the field.
To delete an existing matches found clause, in the Matches Found Clauses table window, select the clause that you want to delete and click Mark Row for Delete . The application marks the row for deletion and deletes it when you save the comparison rule. You can mark multiple rows. To cancel a deletion, click Undo Delete .
When you complete all modifications, click Save Comparison Rule to save the modified comparison rule.
Note: When you save a modified comparison rule, the application evaluates the clauses to determine whether they are valid expressions. If a clause is not valid, the application displays an error message and does not save the comparison rule.
