Customer Objects (SP) application

You use the Customer Objects (SP) application to manage the conditions that determine access to customer-level information. You can create customer-level data object restrictions that are applied to customer objects based on the customer authorization settings in the Security Groups (SP) application.

The Customer Objects (SP) application lists any restricted objects and restriction conditions that are applied to each object.

Default objects and conditions are provided for you and if they meet your needs, you do not have to change anything in the Customer Objects (SP) application.

You can use the Customer Objects (SP) application to do the following tasks:

• Create new Customer Object entries for customer-level data objects that you created using the Database Configuration application.

• Change the restriction conditions on a default object to reflect your business needs.
