Remove an Associated Response Plan Remove an Associated Response Plan You can remove an association between a customer and a response plan in the Customers (SP) application. Removing the association between the records does not delete the response plan from the database.
In the Customers (SP) application, display the customer with the response plan you want to remove.
From the Select Action menu, select Associate Response Plans.
In the Associate
Response Plans dialog box, delete a row by clicking Mark Row for Delete
. You can mark multiple rows.
Click Save Customer
.
