View Associated Customers

You can create a two-level customer hierarchy that models the common structure of corporate headquarters and its subsidiaries or divisions. The subsidiaries or divisions are associated customers. Some customers also create associated customers for divisions with different billing addresses or customer agreements.

To view associated customers:

1. In the Customers (SP) application, display the customer with the associated customers you want to view.

2. Click the Associated Customers tab.

3. View the record for the child customer by clicking Detail Menu next to the identifier.
