Files Subtab

You use the Files subtab of the Software tab in the Computers (SP) application to view information about files installed on computers in your organization.

The Files subtab displays a table window with the following information about each file installed on the selected computer:

• file name

• file extension

• file size

• size unit, the unit of measurement for the file size

• date on which the file was last modified

You can select a file in the table window and expand the row to show the following details for the selected file:

• file name

• file description

• file path

• file extension

• file size

• volume on which the file is stored

• author of the file

• owner of the file

• date and time that the file was created

• date and time that the file was last modified

• date and time that the software was last accessed

• user who last accessed the file

For information about a field, place the cursor in the field and press Alt+F1.
