IPX Subtab

You use the IPX subtab of the Network tab in the Computers (SP) application to view information about IPX settings on computers installed in your organization. IPX (Internetwork Packet Exchange) is the network protocol used by Novell NetWare operating systems.

The IPX subtab displays a table window with the following information about the IPX settings on the selected computer:

• IPX address

• link speed

• maximum packet size

You can select an IPX address listed in the table window and expand the row to show the following details for the selected address:

• IPX address

• frame type

• network number

• link speed for IPX transfer

• maximum packet size for IPX transfer

For information about a field, place the cursor in the field and press Alt+F1.
