Delete a Record RelationshipYou can delete some relationships between an incident and another record on the incident's Related Records tab. The types of relationships you can delete are: RELATED and RELATEDTOGLOBAL.
You cannot delete relationships of the types ISGLOBAL, ORIGINATOR, or FOLLOW-UP on the Related Records tab. You can inactivate the related records by changing their status to CLOSED or CANCELED. You can delete a relationship with an originating record if the follow-up record is an incident or problem. To do so, display the follow-up record, delete the value in the Originating Record field, and save the record.
Display the record that has a record relationship you want to delete.
On the Related Records tab, determine whether the record is in the Related Tickets or Related Work Orders table window.
Click Mark Row
for Delete . You can mark more than one row.
Note: To cancel a deletion, click Undo Delete .
Click Save Incident . The system deletes the relationship with the record(s) but does not delete the related record(s).
