Solution Details TabSolution Details TabYou use the Solution Details tab of the Incidents (SP) application to search for and attach solution information, view applied solution information, or add solution information to the record.
You can search the solution catalog either with or without information from the record. For more information on the solution catalog, see the Solutions (SP) application Help.
The Solution Details tab contains three large free-form data entry fields to hold solution information. The fields can hold data from a solution record you attach or solution information you add to the record.
For information about a field, place the cursor in the field and press Alt + F1.
