Specifications Tab

You use the Specifications tab in the Incidents (SP) application to classify (or reclassify) an incident and specify attributes to define it further. For example, an incident might involve the classification of a laptop, with attributes of memory, disk space, and speed, for which you can define values. Attributes help categorize incidents, which makes it easier to find and manage incidents.

Note: You also can classify an incident on the Incident tab, but to manage attributes for the incident, use the Specifications tab.       

For information about a field on the tab, place the cursor in the field and press Alt + F1.
