Duplicate a Link RuleYou use the Link Rules (SP) application to duplicate an existing link rule. You perform this action on the Link Rule tab. You can use this procedure to create a new link rule based on an existing one. Once you duplicate the link rule, the system clears the Link field, and you must enter a new name for the duplicated link rule.

On the List tab In the Link Rules (SP) application, select the link rule you want to duplicate. The application displays the selected record on the Link Rule tab.
From the Select Action menu, select Duplicate Link Rule. The application duplicates the link rule, without a value in the Link field.
In the Link field, enter the name for the new link rule.
If appropriate, enter a description in the Description field. To enter additional information, click Long Description .
If appropriate, in the Link Clauses table window, you can modify the link rule by adding new clauses, removing clauses, or modifying existing clauses. For more information about changing a link rule, see Modify a Link Rule.
When you complete the link rule, click Save Link Rule to save the link rule.
