Addresses TabAddresses TabYou use the Addresses tab in the Organizations (SP) application to store a master list of shipping and billing address codes for all the sites in an organization. The addresses associated with the codes are used on POs and other records.
The system stores shipping and billing addresses at the organization level because a site's shipping address may be different from its billing address. When you create a site, you choose from this master list of address codes to specify a Ship To and Bill To address for that site.
You cannot delete an address if the address code is used on a purchase order or purchase requisition.
