Set Asset Options

You use the Asset Options dialog box to specify whether to record asset history when a work order's status changes to Complete or when its status changes to Closed.

To set asset options:

1. In the Organizations (SP) application, select the organization for which you want to set asset options.

2. From the Select Action menu, select Asset Options. The Asset Options dialog box opens.

3. Select On Change of Status to Complete or On Change of Status to Close. When the status of a work order changes to the specified status, the Asset (SP) application updates the history of the asset on the work order.

4. Click OK.
