Associate Properties

You use the Associate Properties dialog box to associate properties with a contract in the Contract Options dialog box in the Organizations (SP) application.

To associate properties:

1. From the Contract Options dialog box, select the contract type.

2. Click Associate Properties. The Associate Properties dialog box opens. It displays a list of contract properties.

3. Select a property to associate with the contract type.

If desired, you can select a default value for the property ID and/or specify whether the property can be edited by selecting or clearing the Editable? check box.

4. Click OK.
