Set Safety Plan Options

You use the Safety Plan Options dialog box to specify that the system displays the work asset's hazards when a user selects the Select Hazards action in the Safety Plans application. You set this option separately for each site in the organization.

To set safety plan options:

1. In the Organizations (SP) application, select the organization for which you want to set safety plan options.

2. From the Select Action menu, select Safety Plan Options. The Safety Plan Options dialog box opens.

3. Select a site.

4. Select the Show Work Asset's Hazards in the Select Hazards Action? check box if you want the system to display the work asset's hazards when a user selects the Select Hazards action in the Safety Plans application.

5. Select other sites and set the safety plan option as needed.

6. Click OK.
