Specify Work Order Site Options

You use the Site Options dialog box to specify how to increment task numbering on the Plans tab in Work Order Tracking. The settings apply only to the selected site.

To specify work order site options:

1. In the Organizations (SP) application, select the organization for which you want to specify the site options.

2. From the Select Action menu, select Work Order Options, then select Site Options.

3. Select the site or to which you want the settings to apply.

4. In the Task Numbering section, specify values for the following fields:

1. In the Starting Number field, enter a value for the first task. The default value is 10.

2. In the Increment By field, enter the value by which you want each task to be incremented. The default value is 10.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to specify task numbering for other sites as needed.

6. Click OK.
