Change Line Status

You change the line status of a review bill in the Bill Review (SP) application. Use the Change Line Status dialog box to change a line status.

You typically change a status from WAPPR (waiting for approval) status to APPR (approved). You also can change the status to DISPUTE (disputed). If you dispute a line, enter remarks in the Memo field.

To change line status:

1. In the Bill Review (SP) application, on the List tab, select the review bill with the line status that you want to change.

2. Click the Bill Review tab.

3. In the Bill Batch Lines section, select the line with the status that you want to change.

4. On the line, click Change Status to open the Change Line Status dialog box.

5. In the Change Line Status dialog box, in the New Status field, select a status from the pull-down menu.

6. If you selected DISPUTE, enter remarks in the Memo field.

7. Click OK to close the dialog box.

8. Click Save Record .
