People, Labor, and User Records

An individual who has a record in the People (SP) application might also have a labor record or a user record. However, you must create a person record for each individual who has a labor or user record. The personal information at the top of the person record is stored in database columns that are shared with the Labor and Users applications. The data in these fields can be entered or modified from any of these three applications.
