View Related Assets and Locations

A person can be associated with an asset or location as an owner or as a custodian. You use the Associate Users and Custodians action in the Assets (SP) and Locations (SP) applications to associate asset or location records with a person record.

You can view a read-only list of assets and locations associated with a person record in the People (SP) application.

To view related assets and locations:

1. In the People (SP) application, display the person's record whose assets and locations you want to view.

2. From the Select Action menu, select View Related Assets and Locations. The View Related Assets and Locations dialog box opens.

3. View the assets and locations information.

4. Click OK.
