Select a Ticket

You can select tickets and relate them for information purposes to the current problem. After you relate the ticket to the problem, its relationship type is RELATED.

To select a ticket:

1. In the Select Ticket dialog box, select each ticket you want to relate to the current record.
   You can narrow your search by using the Filter button.

2. Click OK to close the dialog box and copy the ticket(s) to the Related Tickets table window.

3. Click Save Problem .
