Show Similar Tickets

You use the Show Similar Tickets action to search for and relate other tickets to the current record. Relationships you create this way are for information purposes only.

Note: You can also use this dialog box to search for potential duplicate records.

The similar ticket search results only list service requests, incidents, and problems having the same value in the Classification field. Records are not included in the results if they either are global records or history records. Your system administrator might add more restrictions to the results that the system shows you.

Note: if you want to show similar tickets to a global ticket, see the topic Show Similar Tickets to a Global Ticket.
