Duplicate a Response Plan

You duplicate a draft or inactive response plan in the Response Plans (SP) application. When you duplicate a response plan, the following data is copied to the new response plan:

• conditions

• included services

• locations

• assets

• response actions and notifications

• customers

You might need security authorization to perform this action.

To duplicate a response plan:

1. In the Response Plans (SP) application, display the record you want to duplicate.

2. From the Select Action menu, select Duplicate Response Plan.

3. In the Duplicate Response Plan dialog box, enter an identifier for the new response plan and click OK.
   
   The response plan is duplicated and the new record is displayed.

4. Enter a description in the Response Plan Description field. To enter or view additional information, click Long Description .

5. Modify other fields of the new record as needed. See the topic Create a Response Plan for more information about entering data.

6. Click Save Response Plan .
