Select Comparison Rule

You use the Select Comparison Rule dialog box to select one or more comparison rules for a reconciliation task.

The Select Comparison Rule dialog box opens when you click Select Comparison Rule on the Reconciliation Task tab in the Reconciliation Tasks (SP) application. This dialog box displays comparison rules that you created and that belong to the customer in the Customer field, or do not belong to a customer, if there is no customer in the Customer field.

To select a comparison rule for a reconciliation task:

1. In the Select Comparison Rule dialog box, select the check box next to each comparison rule that you want to add to the reconciliation task.

Note: If you want to select all records displayed in the Select Comparison Rule dialog box, select the Select All Records check box in the table heading row.

3. To select the values, click OK. The system closes the Select Comparison Rule dialog box. The Reconciliation Tasks (SP) application displays the comparison rules selected in the Comparison Rules table window on the Reconciliation Task tab.

4. To return to the application without returning the selected values, click Cancel.
