Select Price Schedule Select Price Schedule You use the Select Price Schedule window to select a price schedule for the Select / Deselect Price Schedule window. Open the Select Price Schedule window when you click Detail Menu > Select Value on the Price Schedule field of the Select/Deselect Price Schedule window.
Both windows are in the following applications:
Tickets—Service Requests (SP), Incidents (SP), and Problems (SP)
Work Orders—Work Order Tracking (SP), Activities (SP), Changes (SP), and Releases (SP)
Sales Orders—Sales Orders (SP)
On the Price Schedule field of the Select / Deselect Price Schedule window, click Detail Menu > Select Value.
In the Select Price Schedule window, select one of the following options:
Select the Show Filtered Agreement Price Schedules for this Customer radio button to display all matching price schedules for this customer and this type of record and to not use the Ranking field as a criterion.
Select the Show All Agreement Price Schedules for this Customer radio button to display all price schedules for this customer and this type of record. Types of records are service requests, incidents, work orders, and so on.
Click Refresh to display the list of price schedules.
In the Price Schedules table, select a price schedule.
Use the Select / Deselect window to complete the task.
The selected price schedule is applied to the sales order and updates the Customer PO Required? field and the Customer PO Number field.
