View Sales Order History

You use the View Sales Order History window in the Sales Orders (SP) application to view the status and ownership history of the sales order. The View Sales Order History dialog box is read only.

To view sales order history:

1. Display the sales order with the history that you want to view.

2. From the Select Action menu, select View Sales Order History to open the View Sales Order History window.

3. The Status History table window displays information about each status, including the date of each change, an associated memo, and associated GL account.

4. The Ownership History table window displays the owners or owner groups that have been responsible for the sales order, including the date of ownership and the user who changed the ownership.

3. Click OK to close the window.
