Modify a Solution

You use the Solutions (SP) application to make changes to a solution record. You can modify a solution that exists in any status.

To modify a solution:

1. From the Solutions (SP) application, display the solution record that you want to modify.

2. Modify the information as needed.

3. Click Save Solution .  The system saves your changes to the database.
