Solution TabSolution TabYou use the Solution tab of the Solutions (SP) application to view, create, or modify a solution. When you create a solution, you also specify whether the solution record is available to customers from the simplified knowledge base of the system using the Search Solutions application.
You can associate a solution with one or more customers so that the solution is accessible only by the specified users of those customers.
