Delete a Service Request

You can delete a service request, but only when it is a certain status and only when transactions have not been written against it. You might need security authorization to perform this action.

To delete a service request:

1. In the Service Requests (SP) application, display the record you want to delete.  

2. From the Select Action menu, select Delete Service Request.
