Duplicate a Service Request

You can duplicate a service request record. You might need security authorization to perform this action.

To duplicate a service request:

• From the Select Action menu, select Duplicate Service Request.
  
  the system duplicates the service request and displays a confirmation message.

Information not duplicated

The following types of information are not copied to the duplicate service request:

• Related records

• Log entries

• Information about the originating record

• Date fields
